Terms & Conditions
The Client, by placing an order via online, email or phone, agrees that they accept the conditions of the rental agreement. Slumber Tents will retain a booking form and signed terms and conditions agreement, which the Client will then be supplied an invoice as confirmation of their booking.
Bookings are held once the $100 deposit is received, payable by Venmo, PayPal, credit/debit card, check/cash. The deposit will go toward the total cost of your party. We must receive confirmation of the final number for your sleepover party and add-on choices no later than 7 days prior to the date of the party. If the Client chooses to downgrade the number of tents or add-ons after this time, the original booking price will still apply with no refund. Payment of all rental charges are due at time of setup, including a fully refundable $50 damage fee payable by check or cash only.
A $100 deposit at time of booking. Cancellations can be made 7 days prior to the scheduled party date. The $100 deposit is non-refundable, but may be applied towards the cost of another party if held within 90 days of the original party date. If you choose to cancel our services for any reason, your deposit will be not be returned.
Delivery and Set Up -
The Client is responsible for being present for the delivery and tent set ups. The Client is responsible for any loss or damage incurred if He/She arranges equipment to be delivered without a Slumber Tents employee being present.
Positioning/Setting up of Equipment -
The Client is responsible for indicating clearly the location of the assembly or taking down of the equipment. Slumber Tents will take every caution, but shall not be liable for any damage to the site, site access, furniture or personal belongings. All floor areas must be clean from dirt, dust & furniture before setup begins.
Use of Equipment -
The Client is responsible for checking the number of rental items against the invoice/agreement upon delivery. Please notify Slumber Tents immediately to advise of any discrepancy or damage discovered. After the call, the Client will be liable for any loss or damage to the Equipment. Damage to rental equipment during use is the responsibility of the Client and the Client agrees that repair or replacement charges for damaged equipment will be made after the rental date.
Insurance - Slumber Tents is not liable for any accidents that occur during said rental period. The Client is responsible for the security of the equipment at all times during the rental period.
Liability to Third Parties - Slumber Tents will not be held responsible for accidental damage caused by your guests during your party. Slumber Tents will not be liable for claims for personal injury or death while using our equipment during your rental period. The items are made for children and the Client should supervise carefully.
